Who is saying that “queer” is a sexual orientation? Conservative commentators who don’t know what is going on, that’s who, and the Marxists love it. Everything our lefty friends do is right out in the open. We aren’t paying attention to them, but we need to.
Where do I get my information from? James Lindsay (New Discourses) and Karlyn Borysenko (Actively Unwoke) both who study Marxists in different ways. They report what they learn to regular people like us who do NOT WANT to spend that much time down that rabbit hole. More James Lindsay resources about libraries are further down in this post.
Recently, I attended How to Speak Socialist Level 1, which is free through Actively Unwoke, where Karlyn Boryseko defined Queer. She explained that Marxists say “Queer” is undefinable, although once you get into the more advanced Marxist courses, they aren’t afraid to define it anymore, as she showed in the clips.
Here is how Karlyn explained Queer:
Anything that is outside of the norm, normativity, heteronormativity, cisnormativity, that’s the definition of queer, anything that goes against the norm.
4 goals of the woke left are always the same:
-Gain as much power as possible.
-Destabilize the system
-Attack capitalism
-Usher in their Marxist Utopia
The definition of queer is going to be whatever is necessary to gain power by destabilizing the system (the norm).
What better way to destabilize a generation than by confusing their gender and very identity at a young and vulnerable age? This is what is happening in our libraries.
When people tell you who they are, believe them.
Remember when it came out that the American Library Association President Emily Drabinski is a self-identifying Marxist? Then she was caught on tape at a Marxist convention saying that libraries should be sites of Marxist organizing. There is so much to this, and the following podcast unpacks it well:
The Marxists have been working on capturing the educational systems of this country for decades, and they have succeeded. The point is to educate and indoctrinate CHILDREN. This is why, when I first started this substack, I was having a hard time finding any evangelical children’s books at all, meanwhile there were plenty in the adult section of our libraries. There is a cooperative effort to place literature that teaches woke ideas in the children’s section because that is who the Marxists are after, the children. You and I have already made up our minds, children are more malleable.
Then we came along, you and I, and we have made quite a difference. There is still much to do.
Marxist ideas are making their way into our libraries and into our children’s books, and we must be aware of what is going on. The Marxists are reading. They are writing books and making them available for free. Marxists are writing children’s books and literary journals are eating them up and writing raving reviews. The entire system has been captured, and we are still sitting in our easy chairs watching Netflix.
Stop.
If we want to save our country, our county, and our children, we have to turn off the mind-numbing entertainment, and we have to get to work. We have to become educated on who these people are and what they are writing. We have to read the children’s books. Take a look at the books we are challenging right now (linked at the end of the post) and read them. These books reveal who these people are.
Is there bias in our libraries?
I was telling a friend the other day; I can’t believe people (in the know) still think our libraries aren’t biased?? My friend responded with, “Who is saying the libraries aren’t biased? Nobody is saying that because everyone knows that they are.”
I think this is true, everyone paying attention knows. Why is nothing happening (?) because the system has been designed over a long period of time to allow for this bias with great difficulty for accountability.
(Our libraries are basically like the FBI, and you all know how that’s been going.)
At the Brave Books story hour, this past September, we had an off-duty librarian show up wearing a “Trans Rights are Human Rights,” t-shirt. She plopped down in the middle of the kids and watched Trent Talbot read a book about the dangers of Communism. Seems like an odd thing to protest, unless you’re a socialist. Also, that’s some serious conviction.
Meanwhile, the following sign was spotted at the library in New Caney.
Where are the outspoken conservative librarians with conviction? I think conservative librarians probably exist here, but they are surely scared. They are not likely the ones with the power to speak.
Chris Salcedo had Erin Sanderson (with Texas Scorecard) and me on to talk about the library situation. You can listen here:

Since this podcast:
Three books teaching gender confusion were finally moved as a result of our efforts, with many more still sitting in the children’s section.
Four sets of the Tuttle Twins are also being placed.
Three copies of the picture book God Made Boys and Girls, helping children understand the gift of gender by Marty Machowski are in processing. (Thankfully Commissioner Walker helped with this.)
We are super grateful that the library FINALLY, agreed to place three copies of God Made Boys and Girls to balance the gender books. I would, however, like to point out that this is to balance the almost 200 copies of children’s books that teach gender confusion in all seven of our libraries. Is this bias?
We need to explain to our elected leaders that it is a mistake and short sighted to assume the library is a small issue and can be ignored. Library content is not an unimportant issue, this is THE issue as our children’s hearts and minds are being influenced by Marxist ideology. We need our county commissioners to follow through with the commitment they made on July 11th to protect children from mature, confusing, even traumatizing content. Furthermore, there must be balance in children’s literature that provides conservative parents with the tools to prepare their children to face the culture they are growing up in.
Unfortunately, there is much going on in libraries across the nation, and here are some resources to find out more:
Remember “Queer” is not a sexual orientation. It also has a new definition as a verb:
More broadly, within academia, “to queer” can even refer to the act of interpreting a text using any non-normative or marginalized perspective. This sense plays with the dual meaning of queer as referring to people whose genders and sexualities have been marginalized, and as referring to something that is unusual or unconventional. In this sense, introducing the perspectives of people of color or people with disabilities would also be considered queering a text in literary or cultural criticism.

Remember one of the goals of the woke left is to destabilize the system. What better way to destabilize the system than by destabilizing children at a young age? Keep in mind that being gay, is stable, too stable for Marxists. Gender can change from day to day. Children, in library PICTURE books are encouraged to change their pronouns from day to day. This is extremely unstable, and some children may struggle to recover well into adulthood, even with stable, consistent, loving adults speaking truth.
This is why organizations such as Gays Against Groomers have been coming forward and vocally speaking against the gender confusion.
Dr. Miriam Grossman, who recently published the book Lost in Trans Nation, gives an important lecture about this medical experiment on children from an insider (psychologist) perspective.
In case you missed the last time I shared it, here is an excellent interview digging into the transgender craze:
The following Fox News article exposes Scholastic Book’s content being sold to young children at their book fairs. (Also, I have a quote in this article.)
What can I do?
We are currently submitting reconsideration forms for children’s books that teach gender confusion. We are asking that these books simply be moved to the adult section. Every opinion matters, and we hope you will join us. You simply need to read the book and submit a form with your thoughts.
Here are the books:
